Fuego is intended for high school students. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use Fuego.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
2. The Service
Fuego is a social polling and compliment discovery app. Users answer poll questions and share results. Voting is private, and users are responsible for the content they share. The Service may evolve over time and we may add, remove, or change features.
3. User Content and License
You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as profile details, photos, and activity in the Service (“User Content”). By using Fuego, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, display, and distribute User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
4. Community Guidelines and Prohibited Conduct
To keep Fuego safe and respectful, you agree not to:
- Harass, bully, threaten, or harm others.
- Post content that is obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or illegal.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the Service.
- Use Fuego to spam or send unsolicited communications.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. You can report abuse in-app or by emailing support@fuegoapp.co.
5. Privacy and Safety
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using Fuego, you consent to our data practices. You are responsible for the content you choose to reveal and share with others.
6. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Virtual Items
Fuego may offer paid features or subscriptions. Prices and availability can change. All purchases are handled by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), and any refunds are subject to that store’s policies.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in your app store settings.
- Digital items or benefits may have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- We may modify or discontinue paid features with reasonable notice where required.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, social sharing). We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their policies. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.
8. Intellectual Property
Fuego and its associated logos, designs, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
9. Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

You may stop using Fuego at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect users or the Service.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Fuego is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
